We have two buildings that are right next to each other:
1.
If you are staying in rooms A through Q you will be at 806 ½ East Market Street
2.
if you are staying in rooms R through Z you will be at 810 East Market Street
The Duke Hotel is an invisible service hotel, meaning there’s no front desk or staff onsite—but don’t worry, check-in is seamless. You’ll receive detailed instructions after booking, and if you need anything at all, our team is just a phone call away.
We are a self-check-in hotel. Prior to your arrival, you'll receive an access code to enter your suite.
If you're staying at 806 ½ East Market, there are two common doors available—one on East Market Street and the other on Shelby Street. You can use your room access code for both during your stay. If you're staying at 810 East Market, you can enter directly into your suite.

Yes! A laundry room is located in the 806 ½ East Market building and is available for all guests. Simply use your access code to enter the building and you’ll find the laundry room inside.
No, laundry is a complimentary service for our guests. Just bring your own detergent.
We do not have dedicated parking, but there is ample street parking available nearby. There’s also a paid lot located at the AC Hotel just down the street.

Due to the historic nature of our buildings, we have two wheelchair-accessible rooms—located on the ground floor of 810 East Market.
